Mouthwatering yet deliciously simple - I shallow fry for a few minutes to brown off before covering with a tomato sauce and cooking in the oven for 30 mins. Serve with spaghetti for a great mid week classic.

Frozen product:
- Use by 3 months (products are already date labelled for the freezer)
- Raw defrosted meat may be frozen once more, only if it has been cooked after defrosting and before re-freezing.
- To defrost meat, place it on a tray or plate to catch the juices and always place in the bottom of the fridge. Small pieces should defrost in around six hours, but large joints can take up to 48 hours.
