As we are selling perishable goods it is not possible to return your goods. We will, of course, look to resolve any issues relating to mistakes or quality in a timely manner.
What if my order is not correct? We are a small family business and try our best to ensure every order goes out correct – but we are only human and sometimes we make mistakes – please call Alison on 07825 241196 or email info@oldleckie.co.uk and she will help get it sorted.
What if there is something wrong with the quality of my order? Please get in touch with us immediately if you are not fully satisfied with our produce. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve evaluated the issue and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
