The Rib-Eye is tender, moist and has an excellent flavour due to the fat marbling running through the meat. Fergus’ steak of choice he would recommend cooking to medium rare. Get your pan smoking hot, season and then 2-3 minutes per side.

How to Cook
Different cuts of meat require different cooking methods, but we would always recommend you season the meat and bring up to room temperature before cooking and, after cooking, leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
