4 x 4 Oz Burgers
Thick, tasty and irresistible. Our burgers are made with pork from our outdoor reared pigs. Our pork naturally has a higher fat content which makes the flavour so good - but be warned if on the BBQ to keep a close eye on them as they can make the flames flare!
Ingredients
Pork. Wheatflour (Wheatflour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Thiamin) Salt, Dehydrated Apple Flakes (SO2), Sugar, Dehyrdated Onion, Herb, Soya Isolate (Soybeans), Spice, Preservative E223 (SO2), Spice Extract, Antioxidant E331, Citric Acid E330, Acidity Regulator E262, Yeast Extract
Farm and country of origin: Old Leckie Farm, Scotland
Frozen product:
- Use by 6 months (products are already date labelled for the freezer)
- Raw defrosted meat may be frozen once more, only if it has been cooked after defrosting and before re-freezing.
- To defrost meat, place it on a tray or plate to catch the juices and always place in the bottom of the fridge. Small pieces should defrost in around six hours, but large joints can take up to 48 hours.
If you live nearby these can be delivered weekly to your door or picked up direct from the farm. If you live further afield Leckie Meat Boxes can be couriered anywhere in the UK.
