Our 7 chop Leckie Lamb rack looks as good as it tastes. Season with salt, pepper, plenty of garlic and rosemary, cook on a very high heat for a short time (20 mins), rest and serve pink. French dressed for easy carving. Fergus’ mum Helen’s all time favourite.
How To Cook
Different cuts of meat require different cooking methods, but we would always recommend you season the meat and bring up to room temperature before cooking and, after cooking, leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
