An excellent taste these tatties have a creamy white skin and light yellow flesh and boil without falling apart. A classic ‘salad’ potato they are great hot or cold suit being boiled, steamed or roasted. Alison recommends roasting in small chunks tossed with olive oil, sea salt flakes and pepper with cloves of garlic thrown in.
